- Booking Management: To provide, manage, and invoice the requested accommodation service. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of the contractual relationship. If the data collected is insufficient, HOSTÁVILA RESTAURACIÓN S.L. will not be able to accept or process your booking.
- Customer Service: To respond to inquiries or requests for information submitted. The legal basis for processing your data is your consent when submitting your inquiry.
- Commercial Communications: Pursuant to Article 21 of the LSSI (Spanish Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce), and provided we have your express consent or a prior contractual relationship exists (offering services similar to those you have contracted), we may send you information about products, services, and promotions under advantageous conditions.

Personal data will be retained for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained, until you request its deletion, and for the time necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations.

The client or user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure (cancellation), restriction of processing, data portability, and objection at any time, as well as revoke the consent given for sending commercial communications.
